John Klufas born and raised in Edmonton.

After almost 20 years of ownership of a 3 office insurance brokerage and insuring homes, autos and businessâ John left the insurance industry.

Enrolled in University of British Columbia and the Sauder Business School as a student in the Appraisal Institute of Canadaâs Appraisers program. After Graduating I challenged the Ethics program and achieved honors, all of this prior to and in preparation for the challenging carreer as an Associate in the Real Estate industry in Alberta.  Johnâs personal skills and No-pressure approach   makes his role as a Facilitator in finding homes for families a natural fit.

Ask questions about what people want, search them out and present the homes to the client to make their decision. It is a lot of work but I find it gives me a  personal challenge  and  is very satisfying to help families find their dream homes.
